OPTION 2: Career Fair + All Conference Access | $10
October 3 | 9:00AM - 8:00PM

• Exclusive access to premier financial planning and wealth management firms
• Inclusion in résumé book* that will be distributed to all attending companies. More information in the Additional Opportunities section.

In addition to Career Fair access, if you choose to attend the afternoon sessions, you will receive one ticket to the events listed below:

• Awards Luncheon
• Student Showcase Presentations
• Elevator Pitch Competition
• TEDx Style Talks
• Welcome Reception
• Recognition and Awards Banquet

Meals, Parking & Additional Opportunities

• If you register for Option 2, you will receive one ticket for the Networking Lunch, one ticket for the Welcome Reception, and one ticket for the seated Awards Banquet. Food will be available at the lunch, the reception, and at the banquet.
• Parking will be available in a designated area of Fan Field, even if you do not have a TAMU parking pass
• *To be included in the résumé book, you must submit a final version of your résumé as a .PDF to [email protected] by 11:59PM, Thursday, September 12.
• Any résumé received after that deadline will not be included in the résumé book.

Please Read Carefully:

If you sign up for Lunch, the Afternoon Sessions and/or the Networking Banquet, please make every effort to attend.

• Although it only costs you $10 to attend, we are off-setting your food costs significantly.
• All no-shows for the Awards Banquet cost the Financial Planning Program an average of $40 per person. Please be considerate and let us know if your plans change and you can not attend.
• We keep an attendance list of everyone who registers and attends the conference. We refer to this list of attendees (and no-shows) post-conference when firms come to us looking to hire students for full-time jobs and internship positions. This is our largest placement event of the year, so if you are looking for an internship or job, the conference will be the best opportunity for you to connect with firms.
• You are not required to attend every single session on Thursday. You can come and go as your schedule permits.
• We understand that medical and family emergencies happen. If you register for the conference and an emergency occurs, then please let us know as soon as possible.
