  • Inclusion in résumé book* that will be distributed to all attending companies. More information in the Additional Opportunities section
  • The Career Fair Session is FREE for all students to attend. Please register here so we have a general head count for capacity limits.


Résumé Book

  • *To be included in the résumé book, you must submit a final version of your résumé as a .PDF to tx.ag/2026ResumeBook by NOON, Friday, September 11. Late submissions will not be included in the résumé book. Companies are expecting to receive the final books on Monday, September 14.
  • Companies may use the contact information on your résumé to set up an interview session on Friday, October 2. This means you may receive phone calls and emails before October 1, from companies who will be participating in the career fair.


Meals

  • Meals are not included with the Career Fair Only registration.
  • If you only select the Career Fair Session option, lunch is not included.


Parking & Additional Information

  • Parking will be available in Lot 43, even if you do not have a TAMU parking pass
  • We keep a roster of students who register and those who attend. After the conference, employers regularly reach out asking us about who they met (or who was present) as they recruit for internships and full-time positions. This conference is the best opportunity of the year to connect with firms, which means registration is a commitment. If you register but do not attend, it will limit our ability to confidently recommend you for post-conference employer follow-ups.
