This form is to request a site visit by one of our lab personnel for consultation on difficult to manage pond issues. Clients must have previously been working with a specialist in the ADL and attempted other forms of management recommended by the specialist first before a site visit may be requested as we have a very limited number of days each year in which we may perform site visits. Clients must discuss the need and availability for a site visit with an ADL specialist prior to booking a site visit through the ADL website. If clients have not previously been working with and ADL specialist and discussed the need and availability for a site visit, the site visit will be cancelled upon receipt and a refund will be issued.

A $100 fee is required as a deposit to reserve the visit. However, because every situation is different, final charges will be based on the actual time spent and mileage incurred.

As an educational agency, we do not compete with our students or alumni who operate pond and lake management businesses. Therefore, we follow competitive pricing standards: site visits are billed at $63.25 per hour (including travel time) plus mileage at $0.67 per mile.

Once your site visit is scheduled, the $100 deposit must be paid at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
