The Texas A&M College of Agriculture & Life Sciences and the COALS Council are pleased to welcome you to the Fall 2024 AGLS Career Fair. Please mark your calendars and plan to attend the Spring 2023 AGLS Career Fair on Thursday, September 19th, 2024 and Friday, September 20th, 2024 from 10 AM to 3 PM at Texas A&M University.

AGLS Career Fair Pricing:
Company Registration:

• Two Day (Thursday & Friday): $1200
• One Day (Thursday or Friday): $650

• Two Day (Thursday & Friday): $600
• One Day (Thursday or Friday): $350

Refund Policy:

The AGLS Career Fair will provide full refunds for registrations canceled until 2 weeks before the event (September 05, 2024). After September 05, 2024, half refunds will be provided for canceled registrations. Cancellations within 24 hours of the event will result in no refunds.

Standard Registration AND Non-Profit/TAMU Affiliated for AGLS In-Person Career Fair includes:

• • One booth space (including set-up of table, two chairs, internet access, and outlets)
  • Parking Pass for ONE vehicle (given to employers at the end of the Fair)
  • All day access to the Employee Hospitality Lounge
  • Refreshments and BBQ lunch for TWO representatives*
    • *Additional Representatives are $25/each (PER DAY):
      • If you are bringing more than two representatives, you must register each additional representative to help cover the cost of lunch and refreshments.
