ARCH Spring 2025 Career Fair

The Texas A&M University Department of Architecture (ARCH), in collaboration with the Architecture + Industry Advisory Council (A+IAC) and the Department of Architecture Chapter of the American Institute of Architecture Students (AIAS), extends an exclusive invitation to your firm for our Spring 2025 Career Fair.

The ARCH Spring 2025 Career Fair has two components - the Career Fair Mixer and the Career Fair Event.

Career Fair Mixer | We invite you to join us on the evening of Thursday, February 20, 2025, for our Career Fair Mixer. This unique event, held at Langford Building A in the Adams Presentation Space with overflow into the open Atrium on the 2nd Floor of Langford A, will allow your firm to meet students in a more informal setting before Friday’s Career Fair event. During the mixer, AIAS student leaders will provide tours of Langford’s fourth floor, where you can preview all the exciting projects, drawings, models, and videos showcasing the work of our students from the last semester.

Career Fair Event | The ARCH Spring 2025 Career Fair Event will occur on Friday, February 21, 2025, in the Hall of Champions at Kyle Field on the Texas A&M University Main Campus.

Your registration of $750 includes two (2) representative attendees** and two (2) parking vouchers for either the Koldus or Gene Stallings parking garages.

If you would like to add a sponsorship it will include the following.

Sponsorship Level |For an additional fee of $2,000, your firm can enjoy the benefits of our Sponsorship Level. (This includes a Prime Booth Location, Sponsor Logo, Advertising & Signage; Sponsor ribbons on your firm’s booth & representative’s name badges; two (2) representative attendees** and two (2) parking vouchers for either the Koldus or Gene Stallings parking garages.

Each registration includes - One booth with pipe and drape, one table, and two chairs.

** Registration costs include two attendees, but you can bring more at a charge of $50.00 per additional attendee.
