This 8-hour course is designed for vegetation managers, road and bridge maintenance personnel, and others involved in Right of Way vegetation management and will prepare individuals for the Texas Department of Agriculture Vegetation Management, General, and Laws and Regulations examinations. The $170.00 course includes the required category training manuals AES-5068, AES-5073, and AES-5056, an $85 value, and instruction from experienced Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service trainer Dr. Mark A. Matocha.

The Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) has contracted with PSI Services (PSI) to administer exams for agricultural pesticide applicator licensing. This is the same vendor that administers exams for structural pest control licensing. Complete an application for either a Commercial Applicator (PA-401) or a Noncommercial Pesticide Applicator (PA-400N) and submit the license fee to TDA. These forms are available at TexasAgriculture.gov or by calling TDA at 1-800-835-5832.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations received no later than May 3, 2023, will be issued a refund minus a $25 administrative fee. If a cancellation or refund becomes necessary, please submit a Cancellation or Refund Request. Refunds typically take 7 – 10 business days to process.
