Exhibitor and Sponsor Terms and Conditions Payment, Cancellation, and Refunds
All exhibit payments must be received by February 20, 2026. Payments are nonrefundable, and Texas A&M University does not offer refunds to exhibitors. Payments must be made via credit card using the Flywire Link provided during registration.
Exhibit Space and Inclusions
The basic exhibit booth package includes a 6ft table and two chairs. Registration is required for all exhibitors.The digital booth is self-managed by the exhibitor.
Installation and Dismantling
Exhibitors are responsible for the set-up and tear-down of their own materials. Exhibitors may set up on Saturday, February 28, from 7:30 am to 8:30 am. Tear-down must be completed by 1:00 pm on Saturday, February 28.
Exhibit Hours
Exhibitors will have their booths open from 8:30 am - 12:30 pm on February 28
Exhibitors are responsible for being available at their on-site exhibit during these hours.
Security and Liability
Exhibitors are responsible for their items at all times, as security will not be provided.
