Once an order for a Cadet Ship ID is successfully completed, you can claim your purchase at the IT Office during posted Help-desk Hours.

Once an order for a Cadet Ship ID is successfully completed AND an ID request form is submitted, you will receive an email when your ID is ready for pickup.

NOTE: For a replacement ID, your request form MUST include the order number of this purchase
