Career Fair Registration: $130 total

• $125 registration fee
• $5 processing fee

Your Career Fair registration includes:

• Registration for two company representatives
• Booth space with a 6-foot table
• Breakfast and Lunch
  • Breakfast: Available beginning at 9:30 a.m. in HFSB 203
  • Take a Company to Lunch: Held in HFSB 224; a student-led networking opportunity connecting participating companies with interested students. Each company will receive an assigned lunch time prior to the event.
• One full-day parking pass

Booth space is limited, so we encourage you to complete payment as soon as possible. Booths will be allocated as payment is received.

Additional Representatives

Career Fair registration includes two company representatives. Additional representatives may be added for $15 per person to cover additional meals and event accommodations.

Additional Parking

Career Fair registration includes one parking pass. Additional parking passes may be purchased for $20 each.

Pay-by-space parking options are also available across the Texas A&M campus. Employers who choose this option may arrange and pay for their own parking on the day of the event. Additional information and available options can be found on the Visitor Parking at Texas A&M University page.

Industry Networking Social: $75 per Company

Industry partners are invited to join us for our Industry Networking Social the evening before the Career Fair. This event provides an informal setting for employers, students, and faculty to connect before the fair.

Canteen at Century Square

Participating companies are encouraged to bring a door prize or company merchandise, which will be raffled off to students attending the Networking Social.

If necessary, additional information or updates regarding the Industry Networking Social will be sent directly by Nichole Mehlhaff prior to the event.
