This form is to purchase a carnation for delivery during Dinner Date Auction. The carnation will be delivered to a special someone with a note. Carnations will only be delivered during the event from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. The whole process can be anonymous to the recipient. The organizers of the event will be able to see who it came from, but confidentiality is our top priority. The files will get deleted after the event.
Carnations can be purchased during the event too!
Make sure the person you're sending it to will be at the event!
