Day 1: 1:00-5:00 PM
Day 2: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Day 3: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Participants can join one of three tracks that will be offered during the training as part of the System Regulation 08.01.01 Section 1.9 annual training requirement.

Civil Rights Officer: This track is for individuals who will serve as the Civil Rights Officer for their member institution or agency. Participants will learn to apply System Regulations Policy 08.01 and System Regulations 08.01.01, 08.01.02, and 08.01.03 in their role as an EO and/or TIX-C.
Decision-Maker: This track is for individuals who will serve as decision-makers for cases involving alleged Civil Rights violations. Participants will learn to navigate the role of a decision-maker for student and employee cases, including appeals.
Investigator: This track is for individuals who will serve as an investigator for cases involving alleged Civil Rights violations. Participants will learn the steps to conducting an investigation and report writing.
