Mark your calendars for the 2025 Mixed Animal Job Fair held January 25th at 4:00pm at Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. This year we expect over 250 veterinary students to attend!

Poster Board Display Information:

• Cost $100 - includes sign with clinic name, easel with poster on display
• Post event report including how many students attended, feedback and pictures.
• Poster must be made by clinic and made available to coordinators by mail
• A sign in sheet will be made available to each clinic to keep, for students to write their contact information. This sheet will be emailed to clinics unable to attend. Please provide email.
• The mailing address will be given to you via email following your purchase

Things to include on your poster:

• Location of practice
• Type of practice (private vs corporate, mixed vs food animal vs other)
• What you are looking for (interns, externs, 4VM students, associates, etc.)
• Housing (available vs unavailable)
• Poster size should be about 18"x24"
