Non-presenters are invited to explore cutting-edge medical student research, enjoy a complimentary lunch, and hear from distinguished keynote speakers leading the future of medical education and innovation.

For Students:

1. Showcase Achievements: Students will have the opportunity to present their research, enhancing their communication and public speaking skills while gaining recognition for their work.
2. Networking Opportunities: Direct interaction with residency program directors, coordinators, and faculty from other institutions will expand students’ professional networks.
3. Professional Development: Three one-hour workshops throughout the day will address essential skills such as CV building, networking, effective research presentations, and finding research opportunities.
4. Recognition and Awards: Students’ efforts will be formally acknowledged, with top performers receiving certificates judged by residency directors and faculty.
5. Preparation for Future Success: The experience of presenting and competing in a structured academic environment will prepare students for professional conferences and residency interviews.
