Once an order of an Internet Voucher is successfully completed, you can pick up your voucher at the IT Office during posted Help-desk Hours. Once you have your voucher you may redeem it through your XChange account and the dollar amount will be added to your XChange balance.

BEFORE PURCHASING: Please ensure you have reset your account password to something secure and private. Also, please make sure you have taken all the appropriate steps to reduce unnecessary data usage on all of your devices.

Data consumption control is your responsibility, data cannot be refunded if your device or someone else consumes your data.
