If Shipping is Required for one item, please select 1 item per box and then select 1 for the shipping fees.

If shipping is required for more than one item, please select the number of items per box and then select 1 for shipping fees (for only the first item of the order) then select Zero (0) for the remaining items that are being ordered to avoid duplicate shipping fees.
