The Full-Day Employer Experience provides organizations with a comprehensive and immersive opportunity to engage with Mays Business School students, faculty, and staff throughout the day. This elevated experience is designed to foster deeper connections, increase brand recognition on campus, and create multiple touchpoints for meaningful interaction with student talent.
Experiences can be customized based on a company partner's recruiting objectives, areas of interest, and desired level of engagement. The Full-Day Employer Experience allows employers to further integrate into the Mays community through leadership engagement, classroom participation, and additional networking opportunities.
Includes:- Tabling presence in a high traffic student area
- Recruitment, informational, or networking breakfast or luncheon
- Targeted promotion to relevant student populations
- Digital resume book of attending students
- Leadership meetings with faculty and/or staff, based on availability
- Classroom guest speaking opportunities, based on availability
- Additional student engagement through informal coffee chats
