Student registration for the Nutrition and Dietetics Career Workshop & Fair. This registration fee includes lunch. The 2026 NDCW & Fair will held on September 26th, from 9:00am - 3:00pm at the Memorial Student Center on the Texas A&M University campus in College Station, Texas.

Lunch Options with Dietary Restrictions:

  • Regular Option 1: Steak Sandwich with chips and chocolate chip cookie: grilled steak, caramelized onion, fontina, arugula, apple, mushroom, horseradish crème, soy sauce, house bun.
  • Regular Option 2: Club Sandwich with chips and chocolate chip cookie: turkey, bacon, provolone, tomato, onion, house greens, avocado pesto *contains cashew, red wine vinaigrette, multi-grain.
  • Gluten Free/Vegetarian Option: Raw Vegetable Salad with chips and gluten free cookie: house greens, pickled carrot, marinated tomato, avocado, broccoli, cauliflower, cucumber, corn, smoked almond, parmesan, red wine vinaigrette.
  • Vegan Option: Raw Vegetable Salad with chips and fruit: house greens, pickled carrot, marinated tomato, avocado, broccoli, cauliflower, cucumber, corn, smoked almond, parmesan, red wine vinaigrette.
