Thank you for your interest in attending the One Big Thanks Conference! We hope you will join us for a weekend of collaboration, keynote speakers, and sharing the mission and impact of The Big Event.
The Big Event has a set number of rooms at a discounted rate within the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center. If you are interested in making a reservation for you and all of your attendees, please download and fill out the template below and send it back to the email provided in the instructions!

The unit cost ($25) is per individual and in addition, we ask that all attendees fill out the RSVP Link to confirm their attendance! If you are interested in giving a school presentation, please fill out this Interest Form to submit a description of your speaking topic.
We are happy to offer financial assistance to schools through a review process. If you are interested in this for you/your attendees, please complete the following form to be reviewed by our director staff. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact [email protected]
Here are some details about the One Big Thanks Conference to help with your planning!
- Address: 177 Joe Routt Blvd, College Station, TX 77840 (hotel and conference are all under the same roof!)
- First scheduled activity time: January 24, 2025 @ 7:00 pm (room check in, if using the room block, starts at 4 pm)
- Expected End Time: January 26, 2025 @ 9:30 am (room check out, if using room block, is at 11 am)
- All scheduled activities are within the hotel/conference center and surrounding areas within walking distance.
