-Basics of floral design (including coolers, floral identification, care and handling, etc.), elements and principles of design, how to create floral designs on a limited budget, buying and procuring floral materials in the digital age, certification opportunities for teachers and students, assessment/evaluation of floral designs, job opportunities in floral design.
