This program is designed to provide an enjoyable and engaging learning experience while providing physicians with practical and relevant skills.

Physicians who want to make a difference - whether in solo or group practice, in academia, in rural or urban settings, or in a part-time role - should attend this course
OBJECTIVES
By the end of this activity, learners will be able to:
1. Describe core leadership concepts and communication frameworks relevant to effective healthcare team management.
2. Apply evidence-based leadership and communication strategies to resolve common challenges in interdisciplinary healthcare settings.
3. Analyze complex organizational scenarios to identify opportunities for change management and systems improvement.
4. Demonstrate effective mentoring skills by constructing individualized development plans for colleagues and team members.

The Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows:

- In the event the Naresh K. Vashisht College of Medicine must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, the College of Medicine conference organizers will reach out to registered participants regarding refunds if applicable. Refunds may be issued for the registration cost, less any applicable administrative fees. However, the Naresh K. Vashisht College of Medicine does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging.
Unforeseen Circumstances Defined for Refund and Cancellation Policies:
Unforeseen circumstances is used to describe an event that is unexpected and prevents the Naresh K. Vashisht College of Medicine from continuing with a conference, training, or webinar. Examples of such circumstances can include, but are not limited to, inclement weather or other natural disasters, site unavailability, technology challenges, and presenter absence.
