Use this to register for the event. Registration must be done for each team member on the team. Please put your respective college and the specific level of your team (if you have multiple teams; i.e. A, B or C team). Once you have completed your registration, you will be added to the PDGA event.

Include your PDGA # in the field if you have one. Registration is $10 per player for those with an active PDGA membership and $25 per player for those who do not have an active PDGA membership.
