Agricultural law is an important topic for Texas landowners. This program will provide attendees with information on a broad number of common issues facing landowners, from water law to eminent domain to landowner liability, fence law, and more. All attendees will receive a copy of the "Owning Your Piece of Texas: Key Laws Texas Landowners Need to Know" handbook.

Lunch will be provided.

Speakers will include attorney Tiffany Dowell Lashmet, Extension Ag Law Specialist with Texas A&M AgriLife Extension, Dr. Blake Bennett, Extension Economist with Texas A&M AgriLife Extension, and other local attorneys.

*6 CEU hours will be accredited by Texas Real Estate Commission
