Texas Transition Conference 2025 Payment Instructions
  1. Complete your online registration prior to making your payment.
  2. If early registration has ended, speakers will need to email Aimee Day at [email protected] to receive their discount code. You will need to ask for the code before making your payment.
  3. After you've received your registration confirmation email, make your payment utilizing the online marketplace. Multiple payments may be made at the same time. Steps to take if you are paying for one person: add your organization's name, your name, email, and choose your registration type. Click "add to cart" and continue with your payment.
  4. Steps to take if you are paying for more than one person:
    1. Complete the instructions listed above for the 1st person but don’t click add to cart.
    2. Click “view product options” under “additional participants.”
    3. Choose attendee type.
    4. Type their name, and email address.
    5. Choose "1" in the dropdown box to the right
    6. Click “add to cart” only after you have added all participant info.
    Please note that if you click “add to cart,” and then go back to change something and click "add to cart" again, it will count as another order and your total will be incorrect. Verify your total is correct before moving forward with your payment.


Registration rates:

    • Early $350 (payment received on/before 12/13/24)
    • Regular $425 (payments received after 12/13/24)
    • $200 (parents, youth and pre-service teachers)
    • Custom Price (requires pre-approval by Aimee Day)
